Truvia Low-Sugar Gluten-Free Peanut Butter Cookies (Tasty!)

Homemade peanut cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • ½ cut Truvia Baking Blend
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:

Combine ingredients and mix well. Form into balls and place on a prepared baking sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes at 350 degrees.

Let cool before removing from the baking sheet.
