Ingredients:
- 1 cup peanut butter
- ½ cut Truvia Baking Blend
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
Combine ingredients and mix well. Form into balls and place on a prepared baking sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes at 350 degrees.
Let cool before removing from the baking sheet.
